Penn Jersey Diesel & Trailer is seeking a full-time Yard Jockey to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional driver who values being home daily, enjoys a consistent schedule, and thrives in a friendly, supportive environment. You will primarily deliver straight trucks, trailers, and tractors to and from customers within the Tri-State area while ensuring safety and reliability every step of the way.

Penn Jersey Diesel and Trailer is a trusted name in trailer and diesel services, offering a collaborative and consistent work environment. We are currently seeking an experienced Yard Jockey to join our team as we prepare for an upcoming retirement.

Job Responsibilities:

• Safely maneuver and relocate trailers across a large lot.
• Conduct daily yard audits to record trailer units and ensure proper placement.
• Occasionally assist trailer mechanics with DEID trailer tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Valid CDL or CDL B license.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience operating a yard truck.
• Strong and stable work history, with preference for candidates who have remained with a company for 3+ years.
• Punctual, reliable, and strong team player.

What We Offer:

• Competitive hourly pay:  $24-26/hr./DOE
• Great Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM.  HOME EVERYDAY!!
