We are seeking a Sales Estimator to join our team in Atlanta. This role combines business development with technical estimating — growing revenue by acquiring new clients, expanding customer relationships, and providing accurate, competitive repair estimates. Drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships across the trucking and fleet maintenance industry.
Prepare accurate repair estimates for trailers, tractors, collision repairs, and paint/body work.
Collaborate with customers, insurance partners, and shop staff to deliver clear, competitive estimates.
Conduct site visits, inspections, and customer meetings to understand repair needs.
Meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and trust.
Represent CS Truck & Trailer as a trusted advisor, highlighting our full-service offerings (mechanical, mobile service, collision, paint & body).
Minimum 2 years of experience preparing repair estimates for trailers and tractor body repairs (collision and paint).
Proven sales success in the Atlanta trucking and fleet market.
Strong knowledge of repair estimating software and processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Total Compensation (1st Year): $80K–$110K (base + commissions).
Uncapped commissions for additional earning potential.
