Key Responsibilities

• Perform autobody repairs including dent repair, panel replacement, body filling, and refinishing prep.

• Repair or replace damaged vehicle parts to meet factory and insurance standards.

• Conduct structural and frame repairs using measuring equipment and alignment tools.

• Ensure all repairs align with OEM specifications and safety requirements.

• Collaborate closely with painters, estimators, and other team members for a smooth workflow.

• Maintain a clean, organized work area while following safety guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in autobody or collision repair.

• Skilled in dent repair, panel replacement, and structural repairs.

• Proficiency with frame machines, welders, and autobody repair tools.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing top-quality work.

• Dependable, motivated, and able to thrive in a team-focused environment.

• I-CAR or OEM certifications are a plus (not required).
