Fleet Mobile Maintenance is currently seeking a Fleet Maintenance Dispatcher that will be responsible for the effective and efficient administration of the work order systems, including those delivered, via electronic system, email, phone, and text.  

The Dispatcher’s responsibility is to receive all requests for maintenance and repair work, and dispatch work orders to appropriate personnel, in real time.

We are looking for those experienced in the tractor-trailer maintenance world.

Knowledge on tractor-trailer basics is huge plus. 

Fully remote

Hours 10am-6pm or 9am-5pm (flexible)

No weekends needed

Computer and Phone  both provided 

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Review all maintenance work order requests and assign them to appropriate maintenance team members.
• Assess and prioritize urgent work requests and emergencies.
• Follow up and ensure that work requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Close out work requests through electronic system.
• Create necessary work requests based on work requisitions.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE:

• PLUS if you have good knowledge and experience working with Maintenance System
• Must maintain daily attendance and punctuality to ensure daily goals and needs are met.
• Must have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must have good communication skills to coordinate work with program staff.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU STAND OUT
• Experience dispatching in fleet maintenance.
• High School Diploma or equivalent or associate degree.
• Ability to work remotely under little to no supervision.
