As a Mobile Equipment Technician, you’ll take ownership of diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of general construction equipment, aerial lifts, and dirt equipment. Working independently, you’ll bring expertise, safety, and professionalism to every task, ensuring equipment runs at peak performance for our customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Performing advanced maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
Using diagnostic tools and technical schematics to troubleshoot complex issues
Documenting services accurately and ensuring timely completion of work orders
Ordering necessary parts from vendors with precision and accuracy
Delivering exceptional customer service, building trust and loyalty with every interaction
5+ years of hands-on experience as a technician repairing and maintaining construction equipment (aerial equipment experience a plus)
Strong knowledge of engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems with the ability to read schematics/diagrams
Proficiency with diagnostic tools and advanced repair techniques
A self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision and demonstrates teamwork in a collaborative shop environment
Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Ownership of appropriate tools for the trade
Valid driver’s license, high school diploma (or equivalent), and ability to pass background, drug, DOT physical, and MVR checks
