Lead your branch — oversee account managers, shop managers, service coordinators, and mobile technicians to ensure exceptional service delivery
Inspire your team — hire, train, and motivate employees to reach their potential while upholding M.E.S.O.’s culture of teamwork, safety, and customer-first service
Drive results — manage profit and loss performance, prepare budgets, review operating reports, and build strategies to grow branch revenue and profitability
Champion safety — work closely with our Safety Director to ensure OSHA compliance, DOT regulations, audits, training, and a strong safety culture
Strengthen relationships — maintain open, clear communication with customers, employees, and department leaders to ensure a seamless service experience
Support growth — pursue business development opportunities and leverage your competitive drive to expand the branch’s impact
5+ years of successful business management experience with full P&L responsibility in a branch or profit center
Strong leadership, motivational, and communication skills with a proven ability to build and develop teams
Sales and business development experience (2+ years preferred)
Customer service mindset with a track record of building loyal, long-term client relationships
Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong organizational and reporting skills
Knowledge of business accounting principles and budget preparation
