Penn Jersey Diesel & Trailer is expanding and currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. Based out of our Bensalem, PA location, this pivotal role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our trailer rental and leasing customer base and securing consistent fleet maintenance work.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

 

  • Cultivate and grow our trailer rental and leasing customer base.
  • Develop strong customer relationships that translates into consistent and recurring maintenance work.
  • Secure maintenance contracts for our all service departments: diesel repair, trailer repair, straight truck repair, and collision repair for trucks/equipment.
  • Represent the company with professionalism, portraying a welcoming and positive image.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure ongoing sales and high levels of satisfaction.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend the right service solutions.
  • Proactively cold call and prospect new accounts within your AOR.
  • Partner with Service Operations Supervisors to prepare quotes.
  • Maintain regular communication with the Trailer Sales Representative for your territory.
  • Keep CRM system updated with customer visit schedules, sales opportunities, and account activity.
  • Utilize sales reports to identify and pursue new opportunities.
  • Consistently meet or exceed established service sales goals.
  • Stay informed on available services and industry trends through training resources.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the company leadership.

Qualifications

What You Bring:

 

  • Outside sales experience required.
  • HIGHLY PREFERRED experience selling maintenance and service contracts to fleet companies.
  • HIGHLY PREFERRED rental experience within the trailer leasing industry.
  • Preferred 3+ years' sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Sales, or related field preferred with 3+ years of experience or high school diploma/GED and 5+ years of related experience
  • Proven experience in fleet sales & rentals and business development with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong relationship management.
  • Experience in sales, negotiations, marketing, and problem resolution.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to cold call and generate new business.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications; experience with Karmak Fusion a plus.

Benefits

What We Offer:

 

  • Competitive salary: $65,000 - $95,000/yr., based on experience plus, commission based on new revenue generated.
  • Schedule:  F/T M-F 7:30am - 4:30pm

Pay Range

USD $60,000.00 - USD $75,000.00 /Yr.
