We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business, building strong customer relationships, and driving service sales in your Area of Responsibility (AOR). Represent the company with professionalism, portraying a welcoming and positive image.
Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure ongoing sales and high levels of satisfaction.
Identify customer needs and recommend the right service solutions.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Proactively cold call and prospect new accounts within your AOR.
Partner with Service Operations Supervisors to prepare quotes.
Maintain regular communication with the Trailer Sales Representative for your territory.
Keep CRM system updated with customer visit schedules, sales opportunities, and account activity.
Utilize sales reports to identify and pursue new opportunities.
Consistently meet or exceed established service sales goals.
Stay informed on available services and industry trends through training resources.
Perform other duties as assigned by the company leadership.
High School Diploma/GED and 5+ years of related experience, or a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 3+ years of experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Experience in sales, negotiations, marketing, and problem resolution.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to cold call and generate new business.
Exceptional relationship-building skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications; experience with Karmak Fusion a plus.
