Responsibilities

Epika Fleet Services is seeking an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring Mobile Diesel Technicians and Mobile Trailer Technicians across multiple brands and regions. The right candidate has a minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience specifically focused on skilled labor positions and has successfully operated in a remote environment.

 

Please note: This position requires hands-on experience recruiting for skilled labor or trade roles (e.g., diesel technicians, mechanics, field service workers). Candidates with experience only in corporate, IT, technical, or medical recruiting will not be considered. Candidates located in other regions will not be considered. 

Qualifications

What You Will Need:

  • Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, with a proven track record recruiting for skilled trades, technicians, or mechanics.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting diesel technicians, trailer mechanics, or field-based service personnel.
  • Experience working remotely, with strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with ATS systems and a clear understanding of the importance of data integrity, consistency, and reporting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with candidates and internal teams.
  • Capable of managing multiple openings across various states in a multi-faceted, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

What Will Make You Stand Out:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
  • Previous experience recruiting within transportation, fleet services, diesel repair, or related trades
  • Knowledge of technician certifications (ASE, DOT, etc.) or relationships with trade schools and workforce development programs
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

Pay Range

USD $70,000.00 - USD $75,000.00 /Yr.
