Overview

Epika Fleet Services is seeking a detail-oriented Master Data Analyst / Specialist with strong experience in ERP and CRM systems to join our data management team. This role is responsible for the creation, maintenance, quality control, and governance of master data across key business systems, including ERP, CRM, and SQL-based platforms.

The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and availability, driving operational efficiency and supporting decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO

 

  • Create, cleanse, validate, and maintain master data across ERP, CRM, and other business systems

  • Collaborate with business units (Sales, Finance, etc.) to define and enforce data standards and governance policies.

  • Perform regular audits, deduplication, and enrichment of master data to ensure data integrity and consistency.

  • Develop and run SQL queries to extract, analyze, and troubleshoot data quality issues.

  • Document data workflows, standards, and procedures.

  • Support system upgrades, implementations, and integrations by ensuring data readiness and integrity.

  • Act as the point of contact for master data issues, change requests, and inquiries from stakeholders.

  • Train internal teams on data entry best practices and help implement improvements in data handling and usage.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

  • Degree or 3+ years of experience in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in a master data, data analyst, or ERP/CRM support role.

  • Strong knowledge of ERP and CRM platforms

  • Solid proficiency in SQL for querying, reporting, and troubleshooting.

  • Experience with data governance practices, data quality tools, and metadata management.

  • Excellent attention to detail, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.



WHAT WILL HELP YOU STAND OUT

  • Experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel Pivot Tables for data reporting.

  • Familiarity with data integration tools or ETL platforms 

  • Understanding of business processes related to Finance, Sales, etc.

Pay Range

USD $75,000.00 - USD $95,000.00 /Yr.
