Key Responsibilities:

• Perform auto body repairs including panel replacement, metal straightening, body filling, and refinishing preparation
• Repair or replace damaged vehicle parts according to factory and insurance standards
• Conduct frame and structural repairs using proper measuring equipment and alignment tools
• Ensure repairs meet OEM specifications and safety guidelines
• Work efficiently to meet production goals without compromising quality
• Collaborate with estimators, painters, and other shop staff to ensure smooth workflow

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience as a body or collision repair technician
• Proficiency in dent repair, body panel replacement, and metalwork
• Ability to use frame machines, welders, and body tools safely and correctly
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing clean, high-quality work
• Excellent work ethic, dependability, and team-first attitude

I-CAR or OEM certification a plus (but not required)
