Penn Jersey is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Specialist to join our team in Bensalem, PA. This full-time position supports the company’s daily financial operations, including bank and credit card reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable, and tax reporting. • Perform timely and accurate bank reconciliations

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

• Complete credit card reconciliations

• Handle weekly accounts payable distributions

• Manage sales tax and Federal Excise Tax (FET) reporting and payments

• Experience with general accounting functions, including reconciliations and payables/receivables

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Familiarity with sales tax and FET reporting is a plus

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
